Testimonials

“I have been bringing my horses to Grace Farms for the past 6 months, for clinics, training and agistment/training.  The facilities are superb and make my life with horses so easy.

Parking is easy, even with a big truck there is unlimited room. For a day visit, the yards are safe and easy to use.

My training is dressage, but the option of warming up in the big arena is wonderful.  Having the jumps and rails to warmup around/over is invaluable. Then to have my lessons in the dressage arena, complete with seasonal flowers is fabulous!

The atmosphere at Grace Farms is wonderful, calming and relaxing for the tense horses, with so many options for training  -  arenas,  riding around the smaller areas, hacking out, and mown canter tracks for fitness work.

Over winter I will use the option of agisting the horses with Grace Farms when my own property is too wet/too cold.  The facilities and care are second to none”.

“Grazing at Grace Farm seemed more costly, but I decided to try it out because of the stunning facilities and welcoming vibe from the Grace Farm team, who emanated “Equine Expertise”

After previously owning horses on my own land, G/Farm’s premium infrastructure appealed; having my own independent paddock, wood chipped yard, private tack room & feed storage. The USA patented horse fencing was 100% safe and the onsite feed & hay shop - a super convenient bonus!

After 20 years off from horses I needed and found a supportive team to explore riding again within a safe and no pressure environment. The spacious paddocks and tracks invite long hacks - all off road. The jump arena, dressage arena and round pen are also included in our grazing fee so plenty of riding variety and ability to train in all levels of dressage and jumping.

In our first week of occupancy October 2019 it was so easy to participate onsite with the “Journey to Freedom” clinic with Ken and Jane Dromgool from Northland. Grace Farm hosts a parade of visiting clinicians with a wealth of knowledge in dressage, jumping, horsemanship & backing young horses.

But best of all are the 5 star Grace Farm Team. Rachel who is Grace Farm’s Instructor and onsite Manager is an exceptional Dressage rider and teacher. Rachel has given me many insightful lessons using a microphone. Even at the far end of the arena on a windy day I was not able to pretend that I didn’t hear Rachel’s instruction when in fact my riding and/or my horse was not complying. Being serious -  it’s way more efficient when you can talk with your instructor during the lesson.

Effectively - I was blessed that my horse Glenisla and I landed in 5 Star Horse Heaven.”
